Apparently if you call it is more likely to work. Sometimes it will work, sometimes not. I have a friend who does it often for people and has pretty decent success.

The following is the method I used:
Warning: this is not guaranteed to work and could also result in account closure!

USE GOOGLE CHROME!

1. Go to Ea help and click on 'ea live chat'

2. Explain your situation and how you lost 12000 fifa points (You MUST say it happened a day or more before)

3. They will ask you for proof and here is the tricky part, you must have made at least one transaction on fifa on your Microsoft account(If you havn't just buy some FP's for 0.79). You want to go to xbox.com and look at your transactions, next highlight the price, amount of fp's and the date ( if needed) and right click and press 'inspect element'.

4. Once Inspect element pops up you want to click and edit the bit where it says the original things you want to change EG Price 0.79 to 79.99.

5. Make sure you cick the X on inspect element when you are done and then take a screemshot and post it in the ea chat

6. They may ask you for commerce proof which you would repeat the same steps of inspect element. If the proof is accepted you will receive your coins pretty quick and if it isn't accepted then try again!

For the love of god. The method doesn't work anymore. EA caught on about 3 days ago and now check microsoft transactions. Doing this will only get you warned and then banned.
