Im having issues getting my Cpu Key so I can Update my dashboard . On my Xbox it wont boot xell for some reason at the moment so I cant get it that way. And On Dashlaunch I cant read the Numbers on System Info Cause there all so small. If Anyone Could Help me I would greatly appricate it. Iv been trying for a long time and dont know what else to do. Please Help

You can't boot xell? That's a problem...
Anyways, do you have the NAND files? Cause there should be a bin file with it.

I have a flashdmp.bin is that right cause nothing else has it. Im on dashboard 2.0.16756.0

Damn man you don't have your whole NAND AND you can't boot xell..??

Honestly I don't know what to say. When you bought the console did you get a disk with it?

Play the xbox on a bigger screen so you can see the dashlaunch numbers?

I have an Idea.
Download flash 360 and Put it on the root of your flash drive.
Launch it through XeX menu. Then dump your nand. (You'll need this for updating create a back up of it. This will be your "Original Nand" from now on.)
This will solve the OG nand issue for now.

Things to try for getting the CPU Key and launching Xell
    Plug a wired controller or play and charge into the back usb port and boot using the guide button. (Should boot xell)

    Try holding the eject button instead of tapping it.

    Try using composite cables or regular AV cables.


If these didn't fix the issue we can try two other things.
Your Xell partition might have gotten corrupt
    Reflash the nand using a Nand flasher
    You try reflashing the nand dump that you have.


Take a screenshot of Dashlaunch with your CPU Key and post it here.
