Install the disk that requires you to install it and do so as a retail. (Just put the disk in the tray and install it like that) Take the actual game disk and install it through fsd.

SO you pirated it? if so just get iso extract and then extract it

Right click on the ISO and uncheck "read only" download Xbox Image Browser and open the ISO in that, extract all of the files into a folder and put on your console

Use Image browser to extract both ISO's.
Call them Ghosts Disc 1 and 2
Copy both folders to your Jtag\Rgh.
Inside Ghost Disc 2 is a filder called content copy it to your content folder on your HDD.
Launch the game using Ghost Disc 1
Down load the TU from here if you know the mid.
