I have an iPhone 5, ios 7.1 jailbroken. Whenever I try using Siri it will pop up and go away within a second. I don't think I installed any tweaks that would conflict with Siri, but I could be wrong. I would like any common reasons for this problem, or solutions if possible, thanks!

Make sure that you do not have anything that could mess with Siri, and try turning your device on and off once again.
