Sup TTG, few questions on the topic of GameSharing.
Please only comment if you know the answer from experience, the whole purpose of this is to get informed on exactly everything about this and not just assumptions on what people have read.
1. When GameSharing, do you only have access to digitally purchased games to the account of the person you GameShared with?
The simplest of my questions, and I am pretty sure the answer is yes, I just want to be sure.
2. Can you do this as many times as you want, or do you have to wait to do it again?
I read some where you have to wait 4 months or something to do it again.
Then I read from some where else you can do it as often as you like with as many people/Xbox's as you would like.
3. This question is an addition to question 2. Can you do this with as many people as you want?
If the answer to question 2 is you have to wait to do it again, can you do it with someone else after the period of time you have to wait and still be GameShared with the person you originally GameShared with? If you do not have to wait, could you do it with as many people at the same time and do it with others as many times as you want?
4. If you GameShare with someone and then they purchase another game, will you be able to get that one that was purchased after the GameShare was already done? Or does it only effect current purchased games when the Gameshare was done.
This is the questions I am most curious about, and I do not know how many of you will actually have an answer for this as it would take a bit of experience with this to be sure.
5. Does this work with digitally pre ordered games as well?
Like if I pre ordered NBA 2K15, I can download it early for when it releases on the 7th and play directly at midnight. Will the person that Gameshares with me be able to do the same plus get the pre ordered bonus content as well? Again I would not assume a lot of you have the answer to this, but if so that would be great.
6. Is this against Xbox's Rules and Terms? (Possibly ban able?)
Again, facts only please. I do not know the answer to this even though I am assuming it is an obvious yes, I would just like to know for sure.
I believe that is all the questions I have. If all my questions get answered, or I figure any of them out on my own, I will probably update this thread and turn it into a FAQ topic about GameSharing. Thanks for the answers in advance.

Yes; only games/DLC and Gold Membership, not Movies/TV shows
2. Can you do this as many times as you want, or do you have to wait to do it again?
Believe you can set "Home Xbox" 3-4 times a year"? But there is no wait time between.
3. This question is an addition to question 2. Can you do this with as many people as you want?
Only up to 2 Xbox One's can get access to the game library
Xbox #1 - Where ever your account is logged in at.
Xbox #2 - Where ever your account is set as "Home Xbox".
Only 1 Xbox can be set as "Home Xbox" when it is set, that one Xbox will have access to all game content and the Gold membership. So if you find a 3rd person to share it with, and they set it as "Home Xbox" the previous will no longer have access to your library even though its already downloaded to their xbox.
4.If you GameShare with someone and then they purchase another game, will you be able to get that one that was purchased after the GameShare was already done? Or does it only effect current purchased games when the Gameshare was done.
Once their account set as "Home Xbox" on your Xbox, what ever they purchase will automatically download to your xbox.

Its an option provided by Microsoft themselves, its built for you to share with you're family and/or Friends entertainment center. Now caught selling content you have purchased is a different story. Its always possible to get banned for doing so... but in their Code of Conduct it doesnt state that you aren't allowed to share your content.

With this being stated i highly suggest you only share your information with people you really know and trust. Never give out personal information to others that you may know. As far as this site goes, its strictly against the TTG rules to Game share/License Transfer over online.

9.5 License Transferring/Game Sharing is not allowed on the forums. This is for several reasons, but the most important reason is that it opens up user's account to be stolen. We will not allow members to be put at risk.

That cleared up pretty much everything! Thanks a bunch! Did not know if I was going to get an in-depth answer(s) or not but you could not have explained it any better. Really appreciate it man.
