I'm from 360 as well and I've been playing with the setting for a while and can't really see very much of anything worth changing from the defaults. They do have a cool feature that allows you to play all volume through the controller headset. Sadly their notifications are pretty stupid. You don't get notifications when someone gets online but you will get a notification when ever anyone on your friends list joins/starts a party and there is no way to change either of those settings. Also their are no ways to changes your online status to offline, busy, away or anything.

you can change the notification setting on it

If you have more than 1 account all you need to do is is get PS+ for one of them and they all have it then
