Are there any mods that allows you to get the flaming helmet for free?

Well depends on which flame you are talking about, for the red flames you can get them for free through some method I don't remember but I wouldn't consider It modding that and the blue flame I have no idea If It's possible or not to get those via mods

You get the Blue Flames from Bungie's Anniversary a few years ago. You can't get it anymore. I got them when they came available and people ask me about them all of time. The Red Flames you can get from buying it with cR in the Armory.

It at the very least wasn't as of a year ago, it's supposed to be exclusive to the legendary edition or whatever it was called.

yeah ur right there. code came along with the legendary edition that allowed you to access the flaming helmet.

Yea. Horizon. Only works offline tho. You can unlock anything and literally everything. I wouldn't tho.

Find someone nice enough to let you license transfer their flame head DLC then put it in horizon and edit the IDs to be yours

I used to have this as well 3 years ago, the modded file anyway. I'm sure there is one on the internet and I'm pretty sure you can get one of them through a file.
