Last year for harrowing (halloween) they put out a skin called Kitty Cat katarina. Anyway, i was wondering if they will bring it back this year for halloween? If not is there anyway to get it ?

I'm pretty sure that they will be bringing it back this year, but if they don't you can still get it from gifting mystery skins.

Chances are the will not bring back the vault for a while now. You can still get it through a mystery gift, just slim chance.

Odds are they will release the old skins with the new harrowing skin/skins like they did last year, You can still get legacy skins in Mystery Gifts at any time though

I dont think they will bring back those skins anytime soon, they were meant to be limited edition and never return to the store. Last year riot released most of the limited edition skins from 2010-2012 due to there being almost no one having them and some of them were so rare you would probably never see them. A lot of people bought these skins when they were released again last year so it's not a problem anymore and thats why riot will probably wait a few seasons before they release those skins again
