from what it looks like to me it looks like a mini case since it seems to be the same size as mine i could be wrong though but i can tell i dont think you can fit that 970 in it

Cant really see the case. Do you know the name of it? (Make & model if possible)

Also it depends what 970 they come in different sizes some come with 3 fans and some 2. Link the exact card. a

I'm thinking that you should worry more about that HP PSU than the case. Mind giving us the model of your prebuilt?

It's a micro ATX case, I think it'll just about fit an r9 270 so a card equivalent in length you'll able to fit

Also the PSU is 460w, might wanna upgrade that to a 500-600w bronze or gold rated psu.

1. Form factor does not define what length of card a case can take, either a manufacturer specific spec for GPU length or user measurement is the only way to know.

2. PSU's in pre-builds may not be terrible, it depends on the OEM it came from.
