I do not claim this glitch, Just thought I'd upload a video to help anybody who does not know of this yet

Start the mission "Time to get Away" rescue "El Stupido" and take him to the to the designation once there land make sure you have another helicopter do not take the one in the yellow marker and land the driver side of the helicopter inside the circle while the passenger side is just outside the circle and you'll see the glitch start to happen. Enjoy

If you can't find the mission "Time to get Away" in your list then go to "Paleto Bay" on the gta map and hang around Martin should call you with the job if not just set your respawn location to "Last location" and find a new session it should work then.

Lol i have been waiting there for like 20 mins and got no invites... Tried to change lobby 4 times

It gives you 100rp every 3-4secs and i got the job right away. Try calling martin.

If you get impatient try asking someone in the lobby if they have it or maybe a friend has it.
