I have found out why it was not working and we all had a 'Derp' moment for not seeing it.

The monitor is analog and the port I was trying to plug it in doesn't take adapters for the VGA to DVI..

Solved but the monitor is useless now I guess?

I have the same monitor but, the GFX card I have has one DVI port which allows an adapter from Analog to Digital but one DVI port that doesn't let adapters work for some reason?

Yes, but the monitors are VGA.

I got the second monitor because the first monitor worked and I liked it and wanted the same one and now I have a problem on my hands.

So you're using 2 adapters? and 1 of them works? Must be a problem with the other one.

Nope. Both wires, and adapters work but the DVI Port doesn't allow the changing on analog to digital so I was wondering if you can change VGA to HDMI?

If one port is DVI-I that carries both a digital and an analog signal. If you plug it into a DVI-D port, it does not carry the pins requires for an analog signal therefore its digital only.
