ive gotten 4 legendary engrams just tonight... none from the post and on from a chest. i see no difference in the drops to be honest just you don't get the shaft from engrams.

Why would they take out legendary engrams? If you haven't realised this by now but legendary engrams are ultra rare and they drop rarely as do blues I just found 2 legendary engrams out of 50 engrams. It's just luck if happened to get legendary engrams one day you won't find any the next day you find 5
