I have the right plugins in the right place but every time I go to connect a tool to my rgh it never connects help?

Try opening xboxlive neighbourhood and setting your jtag to default console

Make sure u have the right plugins most tools require xrpc jrpc and rpc

Make sure that neighborhood is also connected to your console.
