Basically i bought a Digital Download : This is the Title : THERE IS NO CD / THIS IS NOT A CODE / THIS IS PRIMARY ACCOUNT

I Bought it (Destiny) was the game, so basically i have to log into his acc and download the game and make it my primary account...

that is how you gameshare. But I'm not quite sure about the multiple primary accounts on ps4. I just gameshared with a friend yesterday on ps4. I had to make his account primary on my ps4 and he made my account primary on his. In doint this each of our games will work on both of our ps4s. But from what I'm reading in the instructions it all seems legit. Good luck man.

Sounds legit to me, but if you think its a scam don't do it.
