There are money lobbies all over the GTA 5 section, But RP lobbies are done via recovery and or Mod Menu lobby. But those Mod Menu lobbies aren't free and most hosters charge for it.
Also RECOVERIES aren't allowed on TTG so that isn't a option :/ so I think Money Lobbies is all your gonna get and even then it's been tested that over 95% of the time you get suspended and or banned from XBL.
If you have never been suspended from XBL then you wont get a long suspension and when you get unsuspended you'll still have your money. Usually the suspensions last 24 hours for the first offense.
