Everything seems fine apart from the RAM.
Get a dual channel kit instead of two single RAM sticks such as the Corsair Vengeance 16GB.

A few issues. 16GB RAM is unnecessary, 8GB would do fine. An overclockable CPU with a B85 motherboard which doesn't support overclocking is a waste of money. Kind of low end GPU for that budget.
