Is there anything that should be swapped? Preferably around the same prices of the parts. Just out of curiously, can 500W even run that GPU?

There's a good chance I'll be overclocking, are there any "cheap" CPU coolers/fans I can add onto this build later on?

I would recommend 8 GB of RAM. Otherwise, it's a good looking build. Also, will you need an HDD/SSD?

I've got a 1333Hz 4GB on my current computer I plan to use. No I won't need a HDD or a SSD.

Looks fine to me. If you could stretch your budget I'd change the case and PSU out for some nicer ones. But it looks alright as it is.

Could add on a hyper 212 evo later on. Great budget CPU cooler.

Tad bit late, I've already got a new build in the makings already. Do you happen to know if the CM thermal paste would be anymore or less effective than an Artic Silver 5 when it comes to OCing?

There won't really be much difference as the thermal paste that comes with it is relatively good. Just make sure you apply the right ammount and spread it correctly and you'll be fine.
