The game has been leaked online and they are playing it through methods such as JTAG or a Flashed DVD drive. They also could have gotten the game early from a online retailer.

Looking online at people on Gamefaq.
Some people have just pre ordered it from store and it has allowed them to play.
So I switched my local to US instead if UK and when I click on forza instead of bringing it to the market place it downloads something and then gives me a message saying it's to early to be playing the game.
It's very frustrating because I've purchased the ultimate edition and others who have purchased the basic digital copies are playing the game now I think it's very unfair. But others from posts I've read have blew this out of proportion because many are saying they have up with the xbox one now it's the last straw. Seriously how many at tension seeking kids on the Web these days out stands me

another way is to pre-order off amazon, they send it days before the game comes out to make sure it gets to you the day its supposed to come out and sometimes you get it a couple days early
