Onto the criticism, I think this is a little too grainy and color heavy. I would tone the green down just a little and maybe make it less grainy so that it is more seeable and understandable. I think this design, though it be simple, is still good, it just needs a little tweaking here and there.

The font doesn't go with the piece very well, at all. If you remove the text it looks good. The piece doesn't need the title.
