Does anyone know why I havent recieved my starter packs for the fifa 15 web app? Everyone has been getting 5 & I have none

When do you start playing Fifa on your main account that you're trying to get the packs on?

There might be somewhere on the EA site where you can fill out a form for this if you have not received them and you should have.
