Z87 chipset boards will need a BIOS update to run with Haswell refresh CPU's. Z97 chipset boards willwork with Haswell refresh CPU's straight out of the box.

Which one will Overclock better
They're all MSI so they'll all be pretty similar. Overclocking is more down to the chip, as opposed to the motherboard. Any of those boards will be fine, but I've heard a Z97 board will overclock slightly better than a Z87 board. Although, I can't confirm that as I have no experience with a Z87 motherboard.
