Do you need a monitor? Nope

Do you need a keyboard? Yes

Do you need a mouse? Yes

Do you need an operating system? Yes

What will you use the PC for? Gaming...Arma, Battlefied 4....and more on max settings. Hoping to get 60 frames @ 1080p on most games... If possible :/

If not I can bump it up to 1250. If not then 1500

To whoever can help I thank you in advance

A little over $1250, well worth it. Save money by getting your OS for free.If you want to spend more, get the GTX 980 which will put you up around $1500.

If you want to spend less, change the 4790k to an i5-4690k, spend less on a keyboard, get a smaller SSD or get rid of it completely(wouldn;t advise this).

If you decide to overclock the CPU, you'll want an aftermarket CPU cooler. Corsair's H100i can be found at great prices right now.
