I've been farming/Playing for over 10 Hours and not gotten an legendary engram yet im level 23 and my friends are level 22 and 23 and they get them every hour or so anyone know why?

What is your cryptarch rank? Anywhere between 2 - 5 cryptarch rank is good for getting legendary engram drops.

Im level 7 in crypartch and I always get rares in the legendary packs

I'm level 24 with a level 6 cryptarch level, i have also been farming and have not got any Legendaries yet.

The drops are completely random and are determined by a random number generator (RNG). I have gotten multiple legendaries while my friend has yet to even come close to getting one.

I've farmed countless hours and never got a legendary. Then last night I got 3 in 10 min. So its totally random

Mate don't worry about it I just got my 1st at 24 and I got an ascendant shard they are fake. Loads and loads of people get green items or blue items or pointless materials and not legendary items don't waste your time
