Okay. So I had 2 Iphones with ATT but wanted to switch to T-Mobile, but they said we had to have them carrier unlocked to be able to use them with the T-Mobile SIM card. SO they gave us an address to some dude who could unlock them, and he said we had to wait 14 business days to get them unlocked. So we waited, and he just called and said he couldn't unlock them for some reason. So now I want to know how to do it myself, because I'm tired of waiting. I have an Iphone 4s jailbroken on 7.0.4 and the other one is a Iphone 4 on 5.1.1 (Never has been updated since purchased.) So if anyone could help me so I could unlock it to use my Y-Mobile SIM card to work in it, I'd really appreciate it and also +rep as much as I could.

The easiest way that I have found to go about getting the phones unlocked is either in an AT&T store. (they can unlock the phones in store) or you could go on their website and enter your account information and they will then link you to unlocking software directly on their site!
