Contact sala mods, if he sold it to you with a faulty HDD and he didn't tell you then personally I would get a (full) refund to cover the cost of buying a new hdd

Stiizyee wrote Hey,

I just unboxed my Slim RGH, set it up and turned it on. The problem is when I boot it up it boots normally in to the Xbox Loading screen but then black screens and says "System Error. Contact Xbox Customer Support."

How do I fix this? If it helps I bought my console from Sala Mods.

Thanks,
Stiizyee

Take a short video/take a picture and put it here, because it could be lots of things. On the bottom of the screen does it give an error code?

It booted up now, I took the HDD out. But how am I supposed to do anything without a HDD? How do I fix this?

Do you have a transfer cable or another retail console?

Yes, I have a retail console as well.

Yeah I was thinking it could have been something to do with dashlaunch settings but it wouldn't make any sense that the seller had put any faulty plugins in by accident, Most likely a faulty hdd as Zero said contact sala and try and work something out.

No need to worry guys, I put the HDD back in and pushed it in all the way. Turns out it wasn't pushed in all the way, everything is working fine now. But thanks for all the great help.
