RPC is the updated XRPC, I'd suggest using that.
JRPCv2's xex is named JRPC2, not JRPC. So you may have the wrong plugin set.

Set the plugins in this order -

xbdm.xex
RPC.xex
JRPC2.xex
Online xex

so will this work with Most tools?? The JRPC2? I thought that some tools wernt updated to that, and could you provide me with a DL Link to that set of plugins please? If you wouldnt mind? (xbdm fresh one, RPC & JRPC2?? Thanks man and ill test it out once i have got them:)

No all tools that use XRPC work with RPC. So download RPC.xex and JRPC V2 and set both as plugins and also a cool thing with JRPC 2 is you can set more plugins with that so you can have more then 5 in the JRPC.ini it is very helpful.

I always use online as plugin 1, so you might wanna try that

all my tools connect with xrpc and jrpc even without connected with neighborhood 360. if neighborhood 360 connects but none of your tools connect, your computer could be blocking them from connecting. whenever i use a tool it asks me permission through my firewall first. and it doesnt matter where your plugins are set.

Could anyone provide me with a DL Link to RPC.xex and JRPCv2 Please? Found some but no DL Link... -__-

Try exracting ALL THE files from the rar to the desktop and run from there.
It looks like you extracted 1 file and launched it.

it still does the same unfortunately... extracted it all onto Desktop into a folder:)
