Yes it is a good card and will be able to run those games at high settings, although what are you other specs? (ram +CPU)?

It will play it at high at decent framerates

You have decent specs, so you'd be able to run these games on high settings with good FPS.

If you want to get a more accurate view on how many frames you'll be getting try and check out some benchmarks on Youtube.

Yeah DayZ is more CPU intensive I'm pretty sure but you should be fine with the 6300.

Dayz is not gpu intensive b y any means, it is very cpu intensive so get a good cpu as well, i have a 770 and an 8320 i only get 30 fps on medium.
