Hey guys , please could you help me massively by telling me what
the problem is and how to solve it
When I click download on the software update it says
"An error occurred trying to download IOS8"

Please help ,
How do I get it to work?

There are a lot of people worldwide trying to download this update. It could also have something to do with your phone's memory too.

Try plugging your phone into iTunes and downloading the update straight from there.
