How do you get a refund without sending the game back? :S A companie wont give a full refund anyway if its been opened or it works in the store when they test it? and even so you wouldnt have the game to play if you took it back for a refund

Its a digital game and they didnt take the license back

I didnt think you could get a refund for a digital copy? It says items are non refundable? and how would a digital copy of a game not work anyway?

He contacted xbox support, told them that it wouldnt work (Idk how he got it though), got the refund, played it again with the money.

IDK if its banable, but its not good. I have heard other people get away with it. But its up to Microsoft.

I had a friend do this with Minecraft on the 360. From what I heard if they saw you playing the game without having it bought you would be banned but i`m sure if something happened you could tell them you got the game disc.

If you are caught you can be banned. This is marketplace theft. Ive done it a couple of times. Just dont do it too much.
