I can't download the compatibility packs to go on GTA online.I don't know what to do please help

Try downloading it from the dashboard

First of all, You dont have any rep to give

Second, try clearing the system cache in settings and then load the game again,
go to online and a notice will pop up then you should be able to download them

Turn off console. Power console on and hold the consoles sync button till the dash boots up.

This will Clear any faulty updates and downloads
