This really needs to be a sticky so people won't ask for help as much.

What's wrong with people asking for help? Getting tailored advice and help personally from another designer is the best way to improve. I'm more than happy to assist anyone who comes to me for help - mainly as I've learned and improved myself through asking others. Sharing your knowledge is also beneficial for yourself, as it has been proven that it reinforces it.
But yes, I agree this list should be a sticky. It's just as good (and more up to date) than the current tutorial sticky, and there's no reason why there shouldn't be another. Would hate to see this post get buried after a week!

@Pin, I sort of agree with you and disagree. Mainly because people who have opened shops, or go to college etc, may be quite busy so asking one of them might get quite irritating and quite annoying. I'd hate it to get buried, but if it does then it does I can't do anything about it.
