Well, as the title of this states I and my friend Daniel have thrown together a 2K build that will be used for gaming and graphic design and we went over the budget of 2K very slightly, so that is okay. But, I would like everyone to rate this build and possibly improve upon it? I personally feel I could not do better for 2K, but maybe I am wrong as I have been before and the people of TTG seem to know a lot about PCs as it is!

As computers go, it is actually not bad considering what is in it. The reason that I went from a $1,500 build to this $2K build is so that it would run better, for longer. I do not want to underbuild and continue to have to upgrade it and what not. Do you think that the build is good for what it was put together for? Any way you can think to cut costs or improve?

That is a good build, it will be good if you are planning to render big files too.

Slightly over but I'd get this instead;

4790k is slightly better than the 4770k and forsome reason, PCPP put the price up by $60 on the 4790k, it's actually around $280 in store. Better CPU cooler. Larger HDD and SSD. R9 290X out-performs the GTX 780. No need to spend $200 on a mobo. The Enthoo Pro is a beautiful case.

That is a very nice build...the only thing i would do is get a fully modular psi so you don't have to worry about any extra cables. I have that problem now and I'm going to change mine out to get the clutter out. Also looking into a ssd with the 1tb hdd so you can put your os on the ssd as a boot drive for fast boot times and great responsiveness! other wise A++++ build!!!
