do you think we will finally see heists? And the Casino will open?

Would be awesome. Can see why the casino isn't open yet though, due to all the free illegitimate money flying around.

Mods can be patched, but coders always find a way around it, so no you will always see mods no matter what.

Personally I think he it's will be released the day of the game when it releases on next-gen and PC.
