Well on the ps3 account you can see you have the colour option to change the colour but it ain't got colour ^black^ which I have seen people have on

I sent him my details now he just logged in account and nothing is happening

You have just been scammed you don't even need a PS3 to do the colour you SHOULD have looked it up first!
