Just make an offline profile and click "Join Xbox Live".

What are you talking about, when you join xbl it doesn't MAKE you put in a Paypal/Credit Card. You get the option to or not do it. lol

Most servers will have a gold spoofer on there so you dont need to pay for XBL

No, either use spoofed gold (only good for GTA and COD private matches) or use a trial.
