For How much of a badass Kenpachi is in the manga. Cell would wreck him. Like c'mon since when has the been a character in Dbz past the Freiza arc that other anime character could defeat.

But Maybe the King From Hunter X Hunter could defeat cell.

Or Yusuke From Yu Yu Hakusho

I'd hate to say it, but Cell would hands down win.
