Try using the Rogero 999 downgrader.
Backup your Nand.
Install from recovery.
Then Set the QA flag and update to a decent CFW Rogero or Rebug.
Rogero 4.55 here.
You can go DEX afterwards if you feel the need.

check the model number i heard you cant downgrade from latest cfw if you flashed directly to it or it could be that your ps3 doesnt support 3.55 or lower making the 999 downgrader not work as far as i know all the downgraders ive used put me back on 3.55 cfw you might be stuck on latest cfw because of that if your ps3 says its lowest firmware is 3.55 or lower you could reinstall latest update 4.60 then check your lowest if u can do 3.55 you should make a nor backup and downgrade using the downgrade dongle method to get to 3.55 but make sure to validate your dump properly if your having issues updating back to latest ofw you could try installing update via e3flasher simular to how put it on latest cfw but install qa flag pkg so it doesnt brick
