I use my dual n and online so retail update normally and rgh side you need to nand of course and flash the correct dash like you would on a regular rgh very simple I actually like the dual in case one side breaks u can still n fix it through the chip with USB connection the dual I think of it as a fail safe install lol

You can update both sides.

You can update the retail side completely normally via standard updates HOWEVER you should be aware that doing so increments the LDV of the console. You should then take a new backup nand dump of the retail side of the console and save that for "in case" scenarios as older backups would no longer work without modifications.

Personally, I recommend updating both sides using Jrunner and the demon. Simply dump each side of the demon, build new images, and flash back to the console.

follow his directions always back up retail nand n rgh nand basically its, a two consoles in one

this is correct Update Retail side then Dump the nand in j-runner from the new updated dashboard

2nd build new xebuild/freeboot img then flash to demon

I Quote make sure it says "XBOX 360" when dumping the retail nand and when you flash the new img to the demon make sure it says "DEMON" in j-runner
