I simply go to be done night an I notice I'm dreaming , I can't remember the visual images but right when I let my brain an body know I'm dreaming I immediately hear these devilish noises then I quickly snapped out of it. Is there another step to this or can I keep experimenting with this?
It was honestly a cool an creepy feeling at the same time.

I've experienced the same thing about 2 times but instead I hear some kind of loud ringing and it scares me so I wake up. Only thing I could suggest is to try to fight off that fear of the noise and continue on with your lucid dream.

Only scary dream I have ever had was a Dinosaur was chasing me around a big giant housing estate and nobody else was getting chased just me or I would be in a big huge skate park and a gigantic black ball would be rolling towards me and I would have to run end to end constantly.

technically you're right but its actually your brain thinking you're dying cuz you're falling asleep too fast and your brain gives you a little shock to "bring you back to life"

your both wrong. That zap is your brain thinking you are falling and attempting to regain balance. But of course you are not falling so its more of a jump then anything else. Its not caused by dying for a few seconds. If you "die" for a few seconds then your brain isn't gonna be able to do jack to bring you back to life. Its sorta the definition of being dead really. The only thing that is gonna help you is an outside force.
