1.) Start off by sticking to 3 meals a day and exercising 3 days a week to start off with
2.) Gradually decrease your meal size (Still sticking to 3 meals a day)
3.) You should now start looking into counting calories
4.) Research & watch fitness videos on youtube etc

by now you should know a little more about what works best for you and how things work (if you watch a load of vids and done your research!)

*In order to lose fat you need to be in a calorie deficit (burning more calories than you consume). Also remember its not all about calories, its mainly about sugars, carbohydrates and salts you take in. Also never give up, if you go on a brake and eat all *** food make sure you maintain you weight and dont put it on because all your hard work will just go out the window.

Also don't try starving yourself, you will just put it straight back on when you eat normal again (lost about 10 lbs in just over a month from starving my self and put it straight back on when i eat normal again)

For those wondering about why the **** i know this, its because i rently lost 3 stone (42 lbs). Its took me about 14 months to do so.

Consume calories at a lower rate than your body uses them.

Just go to eating about 1500 calories a day and try to exercise a few times a week, you may need to eat a little more if you are working out hard though.

You will start to lose weight if you do this.

1.)Drink nothing but water
2.)Make sure to eat breakfast to jumpstart your metabolism
3.)Eat a balanced diet while watching how many calories you intake
4.)Strenuous 30 minute exercises 5-6 days a week
5.) Relieve stress, and get outside more
6.) Don't eat anything within an hour of when you go to sleep.

Thats what worked for me at least, everyone is different. I lost 30 pounds in 3 months doing this though.

just set a calorie limit and working out with it, you should see results quick

The best way is to eat healthier like eating ground turkey instead of ground beef. Also working out daily and drinking less un healthy drinks like apple juice.

I have lost so much weight by cutting out fizzy drinks I replaced them with bottles of still water instead and I feel so much better as well.

Eating less calories is actually worse for your body. Its a 2000 calorie daily amount for a reason. you need the calories for energy and also with eating that much calories you will get vitamins you need so if you eat half the food you should be eating you will be getting half the vitamins and nutrients needed for your body. With saying that don't eat alot of junk food, and i mean don't just snack on chips or have a cookie just because. its OK to have junk food in little amounts or more on one day and none on others. Also another way to loose weight is to work out. when i say that i don't mean go to the gym 3 hours a day, Just run a mile or if you cant do that a half mile and work your way up, also doing push up and quick 10 minute work outs you can find on youtube also help you stay in shape and loose weight.
