There was a trust issue between google and twitch that made twitch not want to go through with it.
Probably the whole, change everything from sign in to music during livestreams.

Amazon spent 20% of their total worth on this exchange in CASH.
I would very surprised if they sold it to Google.
And with the deal taking all of one day, they are not giving this prize up.

It sucked because I heard google was going to stop all copyrighted music from being played in streams, but alls good now I guess.
