Looking to start a team ladder team on gamebattles me and my friend only play snd so no respawns

Requirements:
75k or below GB Rank
Must have skype and be able to talk through it while playing
Good knowledge of the game and maps
Very chill
15 or older
Be able to play 4-5 hours weekdays and 6-7 weekends
