hey I have a jtag that is offline I was wondering if there was a way to system link my account on gta 5/ give it rp and money

also if not can anyone host one that game 1.16 willing to pay max of ten for rank and money proof required thanks post in comments below

No, you can't mod rank and money offline. And no one can do it for you being recoveries aren't allowed on TTG.
