probably live block. it works fine i was using it this morning using a mod menu and rte tool, you probably did something wrong have a banned kv or prolly liveblock is enabled in dashlaunch.

If it does not work and you disabled liveblock and you are sure everything is setup right, than your KV is banned.

Make a folder called XboxLiveLogon
Place your KV.bin and HV.bin into that folder
Put your KV.bin into your HDD root as well
Add XboxLiveLogon.xex to your HDD root
Go to dashlaunch setup your plugins like this
XBLL
XBDM
JRPC
XRPC
Then disable liveblock and livestrong.
Save your settings
Return to dashboard
Reboot
And boom you are connected.
