I like this build. Only thing I would change is maybe go for a r9 280x if your budget allows, or just a 280. Otherwise it looks pretty good!

I'd suggest a cheaper motherboard you don't need to spend close to 200 pounds on one to get a nice overclock on haswell.
What's your budget? I'd like to make a build suggestion.

Thats what I thought, $1300 is my total budget with a monitor. The monitor is $150 so $1500!

-Tyson wroteThat doesn;t make sense? $1300 is your total budget including the monitoir? Or your budget is $1500 including a monitor? I'm assuming your budget is $1300 without monitor and that you don't need help with the monitor but I don't completely understand what you meant.Alexyy wrote I'd suggest a cheaper motherboard you don't need to spend close to 200 pounds on one to get a nice overclock on haswell.

-Tyson wroteSame GPU basically, just different brand, less expensive. 1TB HDD instead of 2TB. These savings allow a monitor to be added;Sanctorum wrote-Tyson wroteThat doesn;t make sense? $1300 is your total budget including the monitoir? Or your budget is $1500 including a monitor? You can get an OS for free. I can't help you with it here as it's against site rules but just Google "Free Windows 7" or whichever OS you prefer and you'll get it easily. If you must get a legitimate copy of your OS, get the R9 280X instead of the R9 290 which will save you about $100.
