There are plenty out there, first off you need an RGH or JTAG with online server time, or offline files, and an unbanned KV

Its fairly simple but the menu that was publicly released cant really be found as when it was posted it seemed to be have been removed but if you have obtained the menu

You need to go into content
Then go into the folder that has a bunch of 0's
Then place the TU in the Folder ending with A7 which is the GTA 5 content folder.

The menu itself is ok but ive tried it and sometimes the people who you try give money to it doesnt seem to work but thats just me i can give it to myself fine, Maybe i need to have host or be in my own session not sure but yeah.
