Im on the latest dash (2.0.16756.0)

When i connect to xbox live on my jtag it offers me an update, im wondering if this is the avatar update... I have said no to the update in fear it might mess something up, help would be nice, Cheers guys!!

This is most probably the avatar update. Try updating the avatar update manually if you haven't already and then see if you get the pop up for the update.

If you're 100% sure you're on 16756 then it should be just an avatar update and would be safe to download.
