Buying a new PC soon and this is what I'm planning on buying.

I was thinking about Intel but AMD just seems a tad cheaper, thoughts on using AMD?
Also i'm thinking about getting a 760 instead of the 750ti if i have the extra money.

This will be used for Gaming&Editing, nothing too demanding.

Get a G3258 with a cheap Z97 board or an ASUS B85 board. Switch the 750Ti out for a 270X or a GTX760 if the budget allows it. You don't need to be spending that much on a case, get a N200.

Get a Barracuda 1TB Drive for a tenner less.

Get a XFX 450/550w PSU, they're better.

Do what I've told you to do and you'll be golden.

£15 more expensive. Nice little overclockable Pentium on a Z97 board. 256GB SSD for OS. Change the SSD to a 120/128GB if you have to stay below £470. R9 280 beats the GTX 750 Ti and arguably, the R9 280 performs better than the GTX 760(depends on the task). 1TB HDD instead of 500GB. XFX make fantastic PSU's but EVGA PSU's are also good and at £30, that 500W unit is a steal. With this build, you can easily upgrade to an i5/i7 when your budget allows. In the mean time, overclock that G3258 and pwn newbs.
