I have GeForce GTX 780 Graphic card
I7 Processor
16gb Ram
Windows 8.1
All drivers are updated
I currently keep getting loads of lag,
On need for speed rivals my game lags like hell.
Mirrors edge, on high settings i get a bit of lag
On Minecraft my screen flickers. (It's not my monitor)
Please help, its annoying me

First and foremost. Make sure your DVI / HDMI / VGA is plugged into your graphics card and not your motherboard.
Second of all, check what temps you are getting when running a game, programs like MSI Afterburner are great for this. Proceed to tell us the temps if the first step doesnt work.

Im currently using two monitors and i have two hdmi slots, im pretty sure its plugged into my graphics card

Was those the results while the computer was under load? If so, those temperatures are extremely low.

Can you download GPU Z and screenshot it for us, also what power supply are you using?

My best bet FOR NOW is that it is one of your monitors. Best to double check. My friend the other day would receive a constant juttering and lag in all of his games even CS GO yet he has a card and CPU easily capable of maxing the game out. He was using two monitors and weren't configured properly. Try using one monitor and see if it's better then use two again, best way to see if that's the problem.
