I totally agree with you on that one. I think that people always complain about being banned when they have been doing hacking and modding.

I remember i got banned in mw3 for boosting. Yes i was mad but it was my fault.

Yes! It's just beyond obnoxious seeing all these players complain about it. It's your own fault if you decide to use mods and hacks.

i got banned today for the money lobbies but instead of getting mad i laughed

They made the choice to cheat and they knew there would be consequences and now they have to pay those.

Almost the same as me but, I was playing MLG in Halo 3, and you're likely to get matched up with a modder because the population is most of the times less than 150. I matched up with a modder who was using aimbot, flying and all of that and in total that night I was matched up about 5-7 times with him and you know the other team reports everybody on the team that has the modder. So I was suspended on my main account for 2 weeks. Its total crap, Xbox Live Policy and Enforcement Team (XBLPET) needs to look into stuff before they go on banning people its ridiculous to ban someone who was unintentionally matched up with a modder or in a modded lobby. I mean its bad enough that they sit on their a$$ and ban people all day for a living, but they don't even investigate.
